Motivira jih napredovanje in osebna rast. Program omogoča delo z vodjem na individualni ravni, hkrati pa skupinski treningi po sklopih področij optimizacije omogočajo nižji strošek kot bi individualni trening in coaching. V programu vodjo pri razvoju potenciala spremljamo: psihologinja, coach in osebna svetovalka.
Učinkovitost programa zagotavljajo začetno testiranje, fokusirano delo na področju, povezava s praktičnimi izzivi, skupinski treningi, obdobje dela vsaj 3 mesece. Vodja glede na definirana interesna področja vodenja dobi po želji tudi literaturo, ki še dodatno vzpodbuja učenje in razvoj.
Na osnovi izkušenj iz individualnih coachingov je program zasnovan pretežno za vodje, ki se še razvijajo v senior management. Pri senior managerjih je bolj smiselna oblika individualni executive coaching.
